“A wonderful experience overall”
The best

The location is awesome and it is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to the heart of the city, major attractions, shopping, dinning and public transportation. The onsite laundry is a plus. Facility is clean and well maintained.

To be improved

It would be very helpful if there is a bit flexibility in the check-in time slot, considering air travel is quite unpredictable nowadays.

“Immaculate, Central & Comfy but No Character”
The best

Very clean, new, spacious, good AC, great shower with great water pressure. Had all the amenities you’d need. Easy access to apartment and centrally located in Malasaña.

To be improved

Terrace is nice but too much clutter (too many pieces of furniture) and it’s overrun with pigeons that fight and scrape their claws on the rooftop. There’s also NO ELEVATOR to the Ático apartment (4-5 flights of stairs).

“The place to be in Madrid”

Apartment was very well renovated with high end finishes! A few steps away from Gran via so pretty much central to everything. Apartment is well equipped with everything you need!

To be improved

No lift in the building! Would be nice to have a washing machine in the property.

“Brilliant space with a super quiet super power!”
The best

Recently renovated and very clean. Fantastic location just off the main tourist area. We stayed in mid June when Madrid is very busy and very hot. The super power of this apartment is that it is extremely quiet due to not having any windows opening to the street. All windows open to an internal space that lets in fresh air and natural light but no noise. Trust me this is a good thing as the young people of Madrid go all night!!! The apartment is lovely and cool ( great air con)

The Bed is extremely firm!
