The place was spacious but the terrace pictures are not True. The apartment was a bit cold and bedding should be changed. Another balcony could not use too many birds.

Although the apartment is nice, the communal area of the building is not up to the same standard. There is no lift iand it is very difficult to find a parking space close to the apartment, but there is enough space outside to allow you to drop off luggage. The apartment has only one air conditioning unit located in the living area, so the bedroom furthest away from the living area (double) can get hot during the height of summer, but it has a great remote controlled ceiling fan that helped a lot. The Booking.com photos make the rooms, especially the living area, look larger than they were, but this is something I see a lot, but the owner did point out that the dimensions of the room are on the Booking.com website. Our downstairs neighbour (a lovely Spanish gentleman) who lived in the building, had to endure water dripping onto his balcony from a plastic water container on our balcony, which was used for the waste water from our air conditioing unit. As we did not want him to have to keep on suffering from this, we had to remember to check the water level of the container and emptying the water every 10-12 hours. During our stay it was VERY hot so we had to have the air conditioning on all the time and the owner has spoken to me and said they will address this issue. We felt the living area was a little small for us as we are nearly all over 6ft tall and my son is 6ft 7inches tall. The person who checked us in was a delightful lady called Inga and she gave us some great recommendations and texted some great restaurants for us to go to. The property is advertised with cable TV, but the only channels we could find were all in Spanish. Maybe a good idea to check before if this is important for you.

It needs air conditioning or ceiling fans in the bedrooms. It was very hot to sleep. The only air conditioning is in the living room. Which also has a ceiling fan.
