The location of the house, the apartment.

To be improved

Soundproofing and noise between apartments. A suggestion is also that if a guest rents for more than 7 days, they could request a change of bed linen and towels. We stayed for 14 days and it wasn't pleasant to use dirty laundry.

“Very good stay overall, it was a great place for a family holiday”

The best

Very good location, everything was easily accessible nearby. Can Picafort was absolutely superb, and thanks to the size of the whole island itself, everything was well within reach.

To be improved

A couple trash bags to use throughout the stay would have been useful. And the touch buttons on the little kitchen stove sometimes didn’t work, you had to press them multiple times to get them working

“Convenient and affordable – I recommend it.”

The best

The accommodation is located just a four-minute walk from the beach. There’s a large supermarket nearby and plenty of tourist shops. The location is very convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including a coffee machine. There was no washing machine or iron in the room, but you could request them from the staff. Our room was for four people – a bedroom for two and a kitchen-living room with sleeping space for two. There’s also a small balcony. In terms of value for money – excellent.

To be improved

The downside was an old bathroom.

“The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, and each of us had a comfortable bed — perfect for four people. The location is excellent: just a short walk to the sea and very close to a grocery store. Communication was quick and helpful whenever we had questions. We really enjoyed our stay — it was a wonderful vacation”

“Need service improvement”

The check in process is too tedious as there are too many mediators and no one available at the property to help us. The code provided to us did not worked and we had to stand on outside in heavy rains till another traveller helped us get in. To our surprise our apartments were not cleaned till 5pm and we again got stranded outside the apartments and even after cleaning they were smelling like rotten eggs.Water is too unreliable and can go anytime. There was no water for almost two hours in the morning and this caused lot of frustration. There were mosquitoes in the apartments as well.
