The best

The beach is in walking distance, a cafe was right across the street, a restaurant right underneath the apartment and numerous shops/grocery stores/restaurants extremely close. All of these things made it so easy for my family (4 and 1 year old). The apartment was the perfect space for my kids as we all had our own space. The owner is extremely helpful and kind! Especially since I needed the door to be unlocked after the initial arrival due to my own mistake. Would definitely stay again!

Great comfortible appartman . Beach is near, walking 15 minuts. To the centrum with metro or bus.

“One of the best cities in Spain”
The best

The host- Eduardo is an very polite and warm person- he recommended us local restaurants and asked us during the stay if everything is ok. He also allowed us to leave our luggage inside long after the official check out time + he let us check out later. The location is perfect- 10 minutes from the best beach in Valencia and 30 minutes from the centre.

Localisatiin very convienent, close to bus/tram. Host very helpful in conatant contact giving different advices.

To be improved

Flat was missing Basic maintenance in every room. Lack of daylight in majority of appartment was convincing to journeys and not to stay in a flat.
