The best

It is a lovely spacious apartment in a great location with a great view of the marina. The hosts have really thought of everything that you could need for your vacation

To be improved

The pool and terrace area was a bit of a let down from the photos . The pool was open but the terrace was having either maintenance or repairs, it felt like a building site The parking is very tight even by Spanish standards, I understand that it can’t be changed but maybe let people know it’s only really suitable for smaller cars

The best

Unbeatable location with sea views. Good 2 sized bedrooms with all the amenities for our 10 days stay. Borja is quick to respond any issue or questions. Also, dog friendly for 45€ and crib+High chair was 30€.

To be improved

Garage is very tricky to get into and pretty low, we had to take the roof box off and put it back on outside.

The best

The apartment is in a perfect location. Right in the new town center, close to the sea. You do have a sea view, not front row though. There is a private parking provided, which is a must when staying in Marbella and having a car. The Appartment was clean and with good quality furniture. It is large.

To be improved

We had probably some bad luck with the neighbors downstairs as they were noisy also during the night with music, shouting and and high volumen TV watching the night through. The kitchen equipment was ok, but could need some refreshment, the pans were totally bent, not good for cooking. The underground parking garage is very narrow and there are many pillars. You should be able to park very well.
