Upon arrival, the hotel looked lovely and the reception staff were friendly and helpful, which gave a great first impression. Unfortunately, things didn’t quite live up to expectations after that. The room was fairly average and nothing particularly special, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The biggest disappointment was the food. Every meal we had was very poor — limited choice, long queues (especially for eggs and omelettes), and everything tasted basic, bland, and uninspiring. I genuinely struggled to find anything enjoyable to eat throughout the stay. The bar was also lacking. There were no straws available for children, and even simple things like mint for mojitos were missing, which was disappointing. The snack bar was particularly underwhelming — offering little more than cookies, nuts, and sandwiches that didn’t seem fresh. The only positive on the food side was the ice cream, which was good. The outdoor pool area was pleasant enough, although the water was far too cold to fully enjoy. The indoor pool was much better — warm and enjoyable — and my son absolutely loved it. However, it was always very busy and uncomfortably hot inside. Unfortunately, my son did cut his foot on the bottom of the pool, but I do want to mention that the lifeguard handled the situation very well and took good care of him, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and sadly not somewhere we would choose to return to.

The hotel itself is sparkling clean smells nice and has everything I needed. The rooms were perfectly fine for me and I felt like my bathroom had been newly put in. The food and drinks at the hotel suited us fine too. We travelled with three young children and everybody managed to eat at all meal times. The only thing I will say if you have picky children, they don’t just have the plain pasta, chicken nuggets and chips everyday like a lot of all-inclusive do, but overall, but the food was lovely. The location was a five minute walk or so down to the beach. This was made longer as they are currently doing roadworks so the Direct/straight walk down to the beach was shut at the moment and you had to walk around. Lots of nice little shops, restaurants, buses to the airport or to a bigger town we’re all accessible from a short walk away. Airport was about half an hour drive. I got a taxi there and back. The taxi from the airport was around €50 and the taxi home was around 45. The spa facilities were a really nice addition there was an inside heated massage pool which children could be in from 12 till 4. There was a sauna and a few other facilities in the spa. This was all free of charge and perfect as the weather was a little cooler for the first few days of our stay. All the members of staff from reception to housekeeping to bar to restaurant Will always very pleasant and polite. A special shout out to Claudia who made my son’s stay enjoyable. She worked so so hard every day providing activities and crafts for the children and adult adults and evening entertainment. The only fault of this Hotel is them not hiring more animation members of staff as the week went on a lot more children arrived for half term and it was very overwhelming for just one member of animation to keep everyone entertained however she did do a fabulous job. We also found it useful to hire towels for the week. These could be refreshed as many times as you wanted and again smelt lovely and clean. This was a £10 deposit per towel and you got this back on the return of the towels. Overall, I had a lovely holiday in Majorca and we definitely stay here again

Wonderful hotel 👍 There are pros and cons everywhere, but overall it was very cozy, delicious, and pleasant to stay there. The rooms are clean, and everyone is friendly. The animators are amazing — special thanks to Klavdiya and Alejandro! They are genuine, positive, and have an incredible sense of humor. It’s always fun with them, and they really give their 💯%. 🤗 Our 5-year-old son fell in love with Klavdiya 🫣😁🩷. They truly know how to connect with children and give them a real celebration and unforgettable experiences. You can see the passion in their eyes and hearts🩷. Also, a big thank-you to the cosmetologist Beatriz — she has magic hands, truly loves and knows her job; people like her are a real rarity. Everything felt very homey and family-like. We hope to see them all again 🤗 Highly recommended without a doubt 🌹

This was our first time staying at this hotel and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The apartments were really spacious and clean, ours had a balcony with a pool view. All staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem! They organised additional food at dinner time for our fussy kids! The entertainment team absolutely made our holiday! They were fantastic from start to finish. They knew our three kids by name and really encouraged them to join into all activities. They had so much energy and our kids were s excited to see them every morning and find out what activities were happening that day. They were all upset on our last day as they did not want to leave. I loved that they had adult activities too! We rarely left the hotel as there were so many activities going on but the hotel is based in a beautiful area, walking distance to beach and shopping area. We are already looking at booking this hotel again for next year. Irs the best hotel we have ever been to.

I really can’t fault this hotel. Lovely spacious clean room, with a Fridge and kettle! Shower was good. Big comfortable bed. The Air conditioning worked well too. We had a large balcony that overlooked the pool. The whole hotel is very clean, housekeeping does an excellent job. All staff are friendly and willing to help you. Bar staff are efficient as are the restaurant staff. The entertainment team do a really great job. They are very encouraging with the children and adults to join in. The food is good very fresh with a nice variety. We stayed for 4 nights and only 1 person put towels out early around the pool so there was enough sun beds for everyone. ! Pool is nice and kept clean. Spa is lovely too. Beach is a 3 minute walk away. Along with shops and bars. It’s a relaxing hotel not noisy. Special thanks to reception who called us a cab when our transfer didn’t arrive. Would definitely stay here again.
