“Lovely villa in a peaceful location but only short drive to the beach”

The best

The pool is perfectly located for peaceful relaxation. The large outside table is great fr supper. The extension for the sunroom is a great asset. The bedrooms are all a good size with a bonus of 2 balcony’s. The spar onsite is good and not overpriced liked other onsite supermarkets. We love to travel 10 minutes and eat at Los Narejos strip of restaurants. The beach is also here, which is lovely. The Mar Menor is great for little ones as it is so shallow for a long time. Murcia city is 35 minutes and is worth a visit, it is beautiful and chocolate cafe fab! The villa site itself is peaceful and clean. Gated community gives a feeling of safety. The hotel has a bar by their pool and although the drinks are a few euros more than by the peach, it is just a few minutes walk from the villa so is a lovely evening treat. Thank you to the owners and the host for answering our questions and preparing the villa.

To be improved

The air-con can only be set for 2 hour periods max, then turns off, which didn’t help with the heat at night. The fans are not enough. The filters could do with new filter doors to help trap the grass etc. otherwise this is a perfect villa.

Good clean facility, well designed to maximise available space, oozing quality. All the expected needs of a home are there, plus many more. Our family are golfers, so the close proximity to the course was a huge benefit and enjoyment for us.

To be improved

No problems for us. This is NOTHING to do with the property, but the Mar Menor course closed for a weeks maintenance during our stay which meant we had to travel further than we’d hoped for our golf, given the villa overlooks the 1st green (this happens)

Great terrace with a view over the golfcourse. Close to the first tee. Good space indoors and comfy bedrooms.

To be improved

The kitchen was a bit small but OK since there are good restaurants nearby and who wants to make dinner anyway when on holiday.

“Great Frontline Villa.”

Large enough for two couples and a short walk to the 1st Tee. The views over the golf course were perfect. The large comfortable beds which is hard to find at Mar Menor Villas, trust me. The heated pool was great in October, obviously an extra but it was needed for me, especially. Large sitting room and lounge with plenty of seating. The owners and Melanine (keyholder) were great and attentive
