“Beautiful apartment with lovely views across the golf course”

The best

Lovely, clean apartment in great location. I loved the sunset views from the balcony. The local caretaker and her husband were fantastic - helping us however they could. Once we got the wristbands for using the pool, we used the pool daily and found it to be clean and well kept with regular security checks.

To be improved

I was not impressed that we had no pool access for the first few days due to service fees not being paid by the owner. There was no Wi-Fi for the first week until a new router was installed. The bbq did not have any gas in the bottle. We did not get what we had paid for for the whole trip which was unfortunate:

Upon arrival the property was extremely unclean... no water .. electricity.. gas .. I've received a full refund.. and had to book alternative accommodation for the duration of my stay.. .. unacceptable!.. booking.com were extremely unhelpful to resolve this situation

“Poor”

To be improved

The apartment was not clean, we had to start our vacation cleaning. The man who was a contact did not answer the phone. The owner did give us an extra nigt but I'm still not happy.
