From the moment I stepped inside, it felt like home. I truly appreciated how comfortable and welcoming the space was. The nicely equipped kitchen and thoughtful amenities made it even more inviting.

“Nice apartment with great terrace, but a lot of construction all around.”

The best

The apartment was really nice, as described in the listing. The terrace and patio are very welcoming. The apartment is well equipped and fitted with everything you need. Nice kitchen, dining and living areas. The main bedroom has a good size with a large king size bed. The second bedroom is quite small with two narrow twin (individual) beds that could be put together with a topper to make it a full size bed. The hosts were good and accommodating. Initially we had a misunderstanding, but after we discussed things, they did come through to help us have an enjoyable stay.

To be improved

While the property grounds are very nice, unfortunately this property is in the middle of a massive community development (urbanización). There are tens of buildings under construction all around, many lots or tracts of land are being prepared for major construction. All the roads around the development are destroyed by construction and during the week are packed with heavy construction vehicles and construction workers vehicles. The noise and dust pollution in the apartment was a bit too much for our taste. Every day we had to thoroughly wipe the patio furniture to remove a thick coating of construction dust. All of this affected our stay. We believe that travelers should be aware of this before booking. Given the magnitude of all the construction going on, it appears that it will take years for this community to be fully developed.

The apartment was very well located, clean, comfy, everything was in order.

To be improved

The construction site outside the compound. During the weekdays it was difficult to pass due to trucks and other heavy machines working at nearby under construction residences. Working during summer time should be somehow restricted as it is a big inconvenient for tourists.
