The location was great, quiet but near main towns if you had a car. The villa was clean and spacious.

We had two different addresses on our paperwork one for the key collection and one where the property was. Number 33 for key collection and 15A for the property. When we found the key box we thought we then had to drive to find where 15A was as all the numbers in the area were in their thirties. We spent an hour driving around trying to find the property. It turned out the key box where the keys are are right at the property but there is not a number on the key box or gate. 15A should be put on the gate as was confusing. Of course if we had pushed the key fob the gate would of opened but did not think to do this as the numbers were all thirties! This property sleeps eight people there were three of us, adults. The hot water was not adequate for the property size. The hot water ran out after two showers. The round bath could not be filled up to the top as the hot water ran out half way. My partner was not happy that he could not have a shower before going home as I had a shower and washed my hair and my son has a shower he takes about 5 mins in the shower I took about 15-20mins, the hot water then went cold. It takes over and hour to get more hot water.

“Highly recommend! Enjoy clean space, incredible views, and a private pool!”

The location was excellent. We rented a car and had quick access to everything we wanted to see on the Playa de las Américas side of the island. It was a couple of hour drive to get to Loro Park. Be aware that the driveway will be a bit tricky for larger vehicles - SUV or mini vans will struggle. We had a smaller SUV style and it was a tight turn into the driveway. There was plenty of space for our party of 5 and the pool was beautiful. Highly recommend and we would definitely return if we made it back to Tenerife! My sister lives in France and visits Tenerife more frequently. She's already expressed that she will book with other properties Tomas manages. He was quick to respond and very helpful!

To be improved

There is no AC even though it was listed. Lots of windows to take advantage of the island breezes helped but it got quite hot at night. Fans in the rooms would make a big difference in comfort.

Absolutely everything! For a family of four this was MASSIVE it’s basically 2 houses in one! 2 Kitchens, 2 entrances! Views, Private spaces! I wouldn’t change a thing! Everything was provided, Towels, Shampoo, Cleaning products
