“Our Wonderful Stay in Barcelona! We really enjoyed our time in Barcelona! The apartment was quiet and clean, with an excellent view and a lovely balcony. The location was good—close to restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries, although it was a bit far from the center. We were so grateful for the thoughtful touches from the owner, like coffee, tea, shampoo, and all the essentials. The kitchen was spotless, and everything—from the dishes to the towels and bedding—was top-notch, making our stay super comfortable. · Cons: we faced some challenges during check-in. We could not get the checkin informations through whats up. We had to use a communication platform from SH Barcelona system which was not working, properly. We did not get informed that we have to wait for someone to bring us the keys ! we had to wait over an hour to check in in front of the door by 36 degrees for someone to bring us the keys. It is ridicilous to set up an appointment for the meeting, since we were coming from the airport Additionally, we were surprised to have to pay an extra €30 for a check-in at 18:30. One of the double beds was oddly shaped like an arrow, making it quite impossible for two people to sleep comfortably on it. Fortunately, there was a second room with two single beds, which we were able to use. We hope this feedback helps improve the process for future guests!”

“Pleasant”

The best

Great location close to metro station. Bakery and supermarket next to the building. Elevator.

To be improved

Very dirty carpet, couch and chairs. We had to buy and use a bed sheet before sitting in the couch. Balcony and Outdoor chairs was also dirty. Broken bed in one bedrom. No window from two bedroms. Would have rated it 9 if the apartment had been properly cleaned, and 10 if the bed had been fixed as well.

“Not worth the money”

The best

Positives: perfect location (close to the metro stop Alfons X and bus stop - 2mins walking), amazing view on La Sagrada familia, spacious apartment Negatives: apartment was not clean at all (especially carpet in the living room and also the couch), only 2 rolls of toilet papers (for 5 people and 5 days), very uncomfortable beds, no real windows in 2 bedrooms, the whole apartment needs to be updated No transparent information about payment for later check-in. In the booking there is only 30€ mentioned. In reality you will pay 50€ after 21:00 and 70€ after 23:00. You will find it out just after the reservation.
