Maravilloso y tranquilo alojamiento en el Palm-Mar

Everything was perfect.

The apartment is modern, very clean, quiet, and its location was ideal for our needs. The bed was comfortable even though it is a bit small. The living room has a large sofa bed and a table for dining. The kitchen was fully equipped with a large fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and electric kettle. The bathroom has a small bath, the shower had good pressure and abundant hot water, and there is a bidet. We were provided enough towels, which were all good, and there were amenities. When we received a guest, the owners gave us linen for the sofa bed and extra towels without any issues. There is a laundry with washing machine (some soap is also provided), a drying rack you can put outside, and cleaning and ironing stuff. The plus of this place is a small private garden area with a table with chairs and a couple of sun beds, where our toddler could play and move freely. We were given free of charge a high chair and a crib for the baby. At our arrival the fridge was on (not always the case when travelling) and we were given a couple of complementary coffee capsules for the machine and a big bottle of water, which was much appreciated since we arrived late in the night. The apartment is in a residential area with swimming pools (two big and one small for little children) surrounded by sun beds. There is free parking space on the street but you will get a private parking space in the garage for an easier access to the building. There are a few options listed on where to eat but we always went to another restaurant suggested by the owners, a typical Canarian guachinche called El Cordero, which is only 10 minutes far away by car and that we fully recommend. For the check in, we were welcomed in person and shown the place despite the late hour. The communication with the owners via Booking.com and WhatsApp were fast and possible in both Spanish and English.

It was very lovely to be welcomed with a bottle of wine and a bottle of cold water in the fridge during the lodging. The appartment was very clean with a nice and spacious terrace.

The apartment is very clean, the bed is very comfortable. The location is quiet and the host is very friendly. Because we had a late flight we were able to leave the apartment later. The internet is great. The apartment has its own parking space in the garage, but we did not use it because there was always space on the street. The apartment is excellent value for money.

Very nice apartment with large fenced outdoor area, perfect for our 2 year old daughter. The pool is right next door. Everything you need to live in for a few weeks is available. The location in town is perfect, supermarkets, many restaurants and everything else are within walking distance. The place itself is very quiet. The contact with the host was very pleasant, questions and concerns were always answered quickly
