I'll leave just a description that might be helpful to others. This accommodation is on the first floor of a family house in a residential neighbourhood. Bathroom on the same floor. Run by a french couple (PACA maybe?) who live on the ground floor. Swimming pool outside (did not try it) and parking space with their cars. I assume they only ever have one booking at a time - the room is the former bedroom of one of their children.

To be improved

The neighbours' dogs barking at 5am, but that is true everywhere Grrr

Lovely home stay couple very helpful even with not speaking English Google helpful, Good off road parking undercover for motorcycle. Good nearby restaurant.
