We liked it very much · Contact with the owners was very good. Helpful, friendly people. I highly recommend this place. Very close to the beach. Apartment very well maintained, clean. Everything you needed was there. The greenery surrounding the complex is amazing. Everything looked better than in the pictures. A very pleasant surprise. We will definitely go back there. I recommend using this apartment

The best

Walking distance 2 minutes to a long clean beach and a few restaurants. The kitchen was well equipped, as well as having clean linen and comfortable beds. Nice soft towels with extra ones. Good size balcony with nice furniture. 2 small clean pools, one more suitable for children. Very secure complex with own parking space underground. The apartment has 1 sunbed and 1 chair to use on the beach.

To be improved

The bathrooms could do with being updated, and water pressure was very high, but the hot water would not last for 3 adults to shower unless you turned it off between washing and rinsing. Need to bring your own hair and body wash. Needed to drive into Marbella town, higher car recommended unless you just want a chilled beach holiday. Sunbeds on the beach are expensive, 14 Euros per bed, but they give you beach towels.

Nice apartment with nice balcony that got the sun in the morning, equipped with table and chairs, plus settee and chairs and coffee table, disappointing for us as the weather wasn't wonderful but what chance we had we sat out there. Short walk to beach and restaurants, Carrefour supermarket walking distance, 15m up the road. We didn't have a car and found it easy to get about, buses are very cheap. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of crockery and glasses and to make life easier a dishwasher too. We were here with family play tennis so the washing machine was also a godsend. A lovely break, apart from the storms, and if we come back we would definitely stay here again The hosts were easy to contact and responded very quickly to my questions.

To be improved

size of apartment (~50 sq m + terrace 15 sq m) is much less then in property description (100 sq m), problems with heating in the bigger bedroom, narrow and inconvenient kitchen. ongoing renovation in neighbour apartments completely destroyed our stay: all the day long sound of hammer-drill and circular saw

“Great location and apartment”

The best

Amazing location, fabulous apartment complex which is very safe, quiet and perfect for families and couples. Apartment is large, spotlessly clean, well appointed with an amazing sea view from a huge balcony and has everything you need. The host is very friendly, attentive and helpful and provides very clear guidance for your stay. Highly recommended

To be improved

The 5 euros per sun lounger per day at the pool is a lot of money for a family for a week. Would really help if the apartment had some collapsible chairs to reduce this expense. The TV signal in the apartment was down during our stay so only Netflix available, but probably just a temporary issue.
