The only thing I did not like was the red and white tape around the pool! Kinda ruined the impression of a nice pool area - details matter 😃 replace with nice decoration rope and it will be perfect!

- Staff was terribly unorganized, rude, condescending and unaccommodating. We are a family of three kids, expats living in Spain and are no strangers to travel or rentals. This was the most awful travel experience we have had by far. After odd/frustrating miscommunications upon arrival, we then spent an hour with screaming children trying to enter the premise but couldn’t. The videos and instructions were wrong and confusing, she kept telling us the wrong building number and they showed no willingness to help. I honestly was shocked at the lack of accommodation. - The garage was a whole other ordeal leaving and entering because of their lack of proper instructions and different key sets. - They take a security deposit of $250 (read fine print) and currently have yet to return it (seven days post check out). I am now having to deal with booking.com to see what my options are. - pictures are way better than what it looks like in person. The ACs don’t work well, they only provide sheets (not blankets or comforters) and the beds were not comfy - Elevators were broken and no one told us so we lugged everything up several flights of stairs - Don’t trust the “8” rating. I would give it a “1” (depending on what customer service you get), which in our experience was horrible. It put a massive damper on our stay in Marbella and unfortunately I am still dealing with them trying to get our deposit back, further affecting our travels.
