The location is very good, right on the first line – and unfortunately, that is the only positive aspect I can mention about this apartment.

To be improved

When I booked the apartment, it had a rating of 9.5 – "Exceptional". Unfortunately, this rating does not reflect the reality of the accommodation. The cleanliness was far below expectations: there was visible dust, and many items appeared old and unclean. The towels were worn out, yellowed, and stained. An unpleasant smell lingered throughout the apartment. The overall appearance was also disappointing. All furniture, walls, and tables were painted in the same wall paint. The windows were dirty, and the shower cabin had visible traces of mold and hair. The air conditioning consisted of a portable unit with a hose that had to be connected to an open window, which was both impractical and inefficient. Given these conditions, I believe this apartment does not meet the standards expected for listings on Booking, especially not one rated as “Exceptional.”

“We had a very nice & safe stay in this property. Close to the beach, city, restaurants and shops.”

Maria was very friendly, efficient in her instructions about the apartment and ready to help us with any questions we had. I would highly recommend all of Maria's properties as great places to stay. The flat had a washing machine & dishwasher which were very helpful. An added plus were the beach umbrellas to keep us shaded at the beach. We could shop for food at local supermarkets nearby and we walked to restaurants and shops every day. The beach was just footsteps away. We took 2 excursions - one by boat to Puerto Banús and one by car to Gibralter. We reccomend both.

To be improved

Since the flat is in the middle of the city, we heard the party-goers coming home or leaving the disco every night.
