To be improved

The facilities lists an oven but there was no oven and we brought food to cook in an oven. Had to throw away all food brought due to not oven appliance. I attempted to contact the host on two occasions but no answer.

“Perfect appartment, quiet safe area but a few minutes away from beach and Puerto Banus/Marbella”

The best

It's a great location because for us it was very important it is quiet. The appartment is situated in a small complex with a nice pool and really not busy. We fell high level of privacy as no one from outside can enter the area. The street is very wide and full with huge villa's so no traffic. So very quiet but in a few minutes you can be in the vibrant 'city' of Puerto Banus and Marbella. We loved the cosiness from the appartment. Everthing is there on the 3 floors properly distributed. We enjoyed the balconies on all (!) three floors for the spain-outside-living-experience. One night we even slept on the roof terras, there is an additional matrass available for outside relaxing. The kitchen is new, with everything we needed from dishwasher to new (big) fridge. It was also not too hot in the apparment as it is situated in the shade of the trees. The bed's are very comfortable and the shower spacious. Because we had a rental car, it was perfect we could park this on the private (for this apparment reservered) free parking spot in front of the door.

To be improved

For me it was very nice to have the privacy of the pool for us alone but my partner likes more a lot of people to talk with. If you like big pool parties this is not the right choice for you.
