Marbella Park Club Suite

1) it’s in a run down area next to a building site that will be noisy for another year or two !!😳 no warning was give of the noise issues 2) there are NO outside areas to sit and enjoy the sun absolutely nothing, no chairs no outside area, even the apartment balcony is covered so no sunshine ! 3) there is no pool, that was not made clear when you look at google maps there seems to be a pool and poolside area but it’s next door, there are garden pools for display but they have no water and it generally looks run down 4) on two occasions when we returned to the apartment there was no parking available, there is loads of parking under the building but behind a barrier and metal gate so not accessible! 5) the incosol hotel directly in front of the apartment is derelict and falling apart so not a great view !!!! 6) the patio doors in the apartment onto the small terrace have no lock only way to be secure is put the shutter down which is not ideal ! I’d POOR SECURITY!! 7) limited glasses dishes and other items 8) tiny kitchen area, fridge but no freezer available for ice etc 9) no kettle no tea cups or mugs of any reasonable size 10) coffee machine but need capsules so no good 11) access from parking with luggage is poor they said close it’s not that that close and on first floor with poor lift lots of stairs 12) safe unusable again poor facilities and security basically it’s in what seems like a very run down area given all around it is much better that was a big surprise and disappointment it’s not permitted as such (surprise) we stayed for 4 nights and regret it, it’s not worth what they are asking per night I’d find somewhere else and don’t believe the info provided things are covered up the owners were not prepared to make any compensation for the points we made from day one of our visit.
