Perfect location, very close to the beach and pool just outside our home. Beautiful quiet neighborhood, very clean. Hosts were very helpful.

To be improved

There were no hand towels in the bathrooms. Some of the crockery was chipped. The geyser blew and we had to have cold showers for 3 days, unfortunately happened over the weekend. But hosts kept communicating throughout. One of the dining room chairs was broken.

The size for a family of 3, it was good in terms of size and layout.

To be improved

The place is not only tired in certain parts but also has a lot of stained furniture and the cleanliness of the kitchen was really not good, we had to wash all our utensils and many plates and cups were chipped.

The best

Great location, with amazing security and access to the beach. Lovely house and perfect for a group of people. Plenty of space for everyone, and enough bathrooms and other facilities. Kitchen is well equipped, therefore we were able to cook.

To be improved

Even though the property itself was great, customer service was not ideal. We could not check in on time, and instead of being transparent that the house is not yet ready for check in, my calls were ignored and was told that the owner will be there in 2 minutes, and 2 more minutes, and to go to a different gate, and it took us 55 minutes to get a hold of someone and let us in.

“Great house in excellent location.”

The best

Excellent location, near the beach- spacious , clean and equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Private garden and access to two pools. Very helpful and responsive host.

To be improved

While it had 4 double bedrooms with extra beds , in one case you had to go through a bedroom to get to the shared bathroom.
