The apartment was even better than the pictures. Amazing view from the balcony. Really cozy and clean. Beautiful bathroom. The owner was nice.

The best

The apartment was very modern and clean, well situated with a great view of the ocean, our host was friendly and informative (we got a recommendation for a great Pizza restaurant!) and check-in uncomplicated. We enjoyed our time in Palm-Mar, which offers some nice restaurants, a small beach and is not too overcrowded.

To be improved

Nothing negative about the apartment, however, you should be aware that there are two restaurants in the same building and it can get a little noisy, when leaving the balcony door open.

The best

The view was absolutely brilliant. Apartment was clean, modern and comfortable for a very good price.

To be improved

There were only two cons on this apartment. The first is the absence of classical oven ( microwave one included ). The second one were weighbors living next to us ( not tourists, they were locals). They were very loud even in the night hours ( 00:45). They have dog on the balcony and it sometimes barks and scratches on their balcony doors. They also has child at age about 10 that has hysterical fits few times a day. Nonethless, If we ever returned to Tenerife, we would gladly choose this apartment again.
