Maria Magdalena - Room 3

My Room 3 was an incredibly disappointing experience. It was poorly maintained, with an uncomfortable bed and pillow, and the towels provided were not only of very low quality but also stained. The absence of an air conditioner or any cooling system made the room unbearable, especially in the warm weather. The shared refrigerator was absurdly small for the total of 13 rooms it was supposed to serve, leaving little space for anyone to store their food. The shared kitchen was inadequately equipped, lacking even enough spoons for two rooms, let alone 13. The shared toilet was cleaned only once a day, which is far from sufficient for the number of guests using it. Adding to the frustration, the host was slow to respond to inquiries. I asked if the tap water was drinkable and didn’t receive a reply until two days later. The only positive aspect of this stay was the location, which was conveniently situated. However, that lalone is not enough to make up for the numerous issues. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this stay to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay in Málaga.

Creacky bed. Can hear all sounds arround. Noone cleaned appartments during the week also noone changed towels, trashboks and bed things.

It was so diagusting, and no help from staff so we left early! The room was not howit looked in the photos. The room was unclean. For the first night we requested a second pillow, to which 24 hours later i still had no response to my message. There is not a proper window in room 3. When I finally got a response from staff, they were not apologestic, did not offer a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay there, yet instead insisted that it was cleaned before we arrived. If that was the case they should hire new cleaners. I havd attached pictures below of the filth. The bed also feels like it is going to fall apart aby day, and you can feel the springs in the matress. The 'outside' and 'lobby' picture are also pictures of room 3, but would not let me add 3 pictures under the bedroom tab.
