The apartment looks different from the pictures – an update of the photos would be helpful. Towels were hidden in the closet, which was inconvenient after showering, especially since there were no hooks in the bathroom to hang them. The shower gel was almost empty and came in a large bottle, which isn’t very user-friendly – maybe refillable dispensers would work better. Wi-Fi was turned off and we couldn’t get it to work. Also, the cutlery and dishes were stored in a cabinet on the opposite side of the kitchen, which made them harder to access – placing them closer would be more practical.

Cockroaches - the place was filthy

The apartment is spacious but located on the ground floor, with the entrance directly off the street, which can be quite noisy. At night, you can see the shadows of people passing by, which isn’t very pleasant. The noise from the neighbors above, especially their dog, is very noticeable, and the boiler in the bathroom makes a loud sound whenever the water is turned on or the toilet is flushed. I even recorded videos of the noises we could hear from bed, though I can only attach photos, not videos. When we arrived early, we were allowed to drop off our luggage, but when we checked in later, we noticed the same bedsheets from earlier, raising concerns about whether they had been changed. Additionally, one set of towels had an unpleasant smell, so we had to wash them ourselves. We also noticed some bugs in the apartment—not sure where they came from or what kind they were, but they weren’t cockroaches. The most uncomfortable part of the stay was having to pass through Cami de Montcada to get to the city center. The street felt unsafe, with buildings in disrepair and people sleeping inside. We ended up trying to find different routes to avoid it.
