Very friendly welcome, great location, wonderful view of river and sunset. Lovely artwork throughout.

Noisy guests. Difficult to be quiet with the acoustics as they were so there was some banging around. Slight drain type smell in the room, probably coming from the bathroom.

They ran out of breakfast. Did get two cafe con leches, but a bit pricey at 2.50 eurs each (most places are less than 2 euro). They seemed under staffed and the staff that was there was very flustered! Received a message from the hotel 4 days after check out asking me to let them know if I wanted 2 twins or one double bed and if I would like a room with a balcony!
