“A pleasant stay that felt like home, just steps from the sea”

The apartment is located on an excellent location overlooking the sea and is well equipped for a pleasant stay. We haven't had hard time finding a parking space in the neighborhood, and down the street there is well supplied supermarket (Masymas). The host was very kind and ready to assist us. We truly relaxed and enjoyed our time here and would gladly visit again!

“Santa Pola August visit”

The best

Location was perfect - a stone's throw from the beach but also close to restaurants, shops, etc. View of beach from balcony. Spacious balcony. Air conditioning unit in living room and ceiling fans, plus portable plug-in fan also in apartment. Apartment on second floor and lift available so ideal for someone with mobility issues. Washing machine and fridge/ freezer was a good size.

To be improved

Twin room was not fully sealed off from living area, so when a young child is put to bed, light and noise from the living area affects them. I see the practical aspect of this as it allowed ventilation and it definitely kept the twin room cooler than the double room. No fan in the bathroom so it got very warm during showers and small bathroom window did not vent this room very well. ** Note that we stayed in mud August when daily temperatures were 30+ degrees.

“All in all a perfect place.”

The best

The apartment is very well located. You have there everything you need for a great stay. It is a very comfortable place, especially for families I would recommend. It is very clean and the host is very friendly. The beach is in walking distance, the same restaurants. We could easily find a parking spot.
