Location, size, the views, the balcony, the cleanliness, the lovely helpful owner (Philippe), the air con.

There were 3 of us wanting a room each & this did not put us off the property at all but you have to go through one of the double bedrooms to get to the single bedroom. Grand for family & child situation or if you’re with good friends. Perfect apartment for 2 couple using the 2 double rooms.

We loved everything about this apartment ! From meeting Phillipe who was the best host ! Until we left this morning. It was homely warm and comfortable. The views are spectacular!

The apartment was very pleasant. The Owner is very helpful and kind. The apartment is well-equipped. There are even beach umbrellas to be used by the guests. The view from the terrace is fantastic and it was the best part about the apartment - you could look at the whole marina and enjoy your evening. The only bothering issue was noise from the parties taking place in the nearby marina during the night (we stayed from Sunday till Saturday and experienced noise on Thursday and Friday) - even closing the windows did not help. The location of the apartment is just next to the beach, which is very comfortable but you may find much nicer beaches to sunbathe in Torrevieja (for example La Mata beach - if you have a car. There is quite a spatial parking near Parc Natural De La Mata - where you could park your car and walk to the beach (5-7 minutes walk).

To be improved

It would be useful to add portable, even small sunbeds to the equipment of the apartment. The sand on the beach close to the apartment is very dense and it is not very pleasant to sit or lie down - almost all persons that come there use chairs or sunbeds. The apartment could also use some more ventilation.
