The bed was broken, we had to sleep on the floor, the dining table was unstable, wobbly, the bathroom door was damaged, and the others did not close. The hot water boiler in the kitchen was broken, there was a smell of gas, we saw several small explosions. The owners did not answer the phone, they did not respond through booking either. When we wrote that we were moving out, they replied that they agreed to return part of the rent, but we still have not received any complaints, and we have not received any further response.

gaining access to the property was not easy . I was initially told to collect keys from office, I then recieved instructions to enter the building and apartment but unfortuneately was not told this connected to an app which had not been mentioned. However, we did eventually get to speak to someone who opened the door remotely and gave instructions on downloading the app. subsequently we collected keys from the office the following day.

The best

The location is quite convenient, there’s a lift and two bathrooms, although, there’s a busy railway track right across the street as well. I must admit staff at the office is super friendly 😊 and helpful

To be improved

Nosie from the railway, grumpy neighbour, the apartment has seen a lot of parties and hasn’t been maintained properly. There are screws and nails sticking out from the floor and walls. The joiners on the job were not the best.

“Beautiful apartment in a quiet area with great views”
The best

I rented for my elderly parents and they lived the place. They really liked the comfort of the bed and how fully stocked the apartment was.

To be improved

Had a problem with the keyless lock but the office really helped us out and got it sorted
