The location is amazing as is the terrace looking over the beach/sea

To be improved

The aircon was broken in the bedrooms on arrival. Three days without aircon and the builders installing a new one on day 4. There is also an ant problem in the apartment, they have put ant traps around but they are still in the kitchen in the morning. Owners clothes etc are in quite a few of the wardrobes in the bedroom.

It was a bit cluttered with what appeared to be the owners personal effects my preference would be to have a more neutral rental property.
