“Good spot but it needs repair and replacement”
The best

The lady that owns the apartment, Merce, is a very friendly woman. The underground parking is nice to have.

To be improved

The apartment has come down a bit. The brush to clean the toilet after use was downright extremely dirty. I will never understand why an object of less than €1 is not replaced immediately when it doesn't look good anymore. And when a light armature has lost one of its three glasses, why not replace it? It's really not that expensive and looks so much better.
