“Lovely Clean apartment, with great view in easy walking to the port!”
The best

The Property was generally clean and well kept, with a really nice view . The bed was extremely comfortable and the apartment was within very easy walking distance of the port, and its many bars and restaurants. Special mention to the Duquesa Estates team, as they came to help very quickly after the electricity blew (with a very large bang), in the apartment one afternoon.

To be improved

I know this is likely a drainage issue and not much can be done, but there was almost always a very strong sewage smell in the bathroom, to the point we had to shut the bathroom door. I also understand (from the Duquesa estate’s representative that called round), that the electricity was tripped due to a faulty dishwasher, even though we hadn’t touched the dishwasher during our stay. If there is a known issue it should be fixed or the dishwasher removed, as it was a very loud and scary bang when it did trip the electric .
