“Please Avoid! Unbearable sewer odor and apt different from pictures”

Please beware! Depending on how the wind blows, you’ll get sewer odor inside the apartment! 🤢 when I contacted the manager, they told me “it happens sometimes, it will pass. It is because of the wind..” The last day was really really bad, we couldn’t stand to be inside. Also, The pictures shown in the description do not correspond to the actual apartment! You have to go to a different location to pick up the keys. For the price, go somewhere else.

The best

Firstly the stunning sea views as well as mountain view, secondly a perfect location with restaurants and shopping close by and still walking distance into Marbella at night. Thirdly, the pool , which is almost like an affinity pool as it is higher than the promenade level. Finally the apartment itself is very spacious and bright 🌞

To be improved

Only thing to improve would be to have additional cups/mugs, dish drying towels, i.e more of the basics

The key collection is near Puerto Banus, which might result in extra inconvenience ( taxis , time ,etc). Maybe add some coffee.
