“Convenient location”

The best

The location is conveniently close to the beach. The kids appreciated that our room was on the same floor as the swimming pool. The building has a washing machine, which was very helpful as we were in Europe for three weeks. It was quiet, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

To be improved

The rooms are quite compact, and the beds and pillows could be more comfortable for a better night's sleep. It would be beneficial to have a steamer or iron available for guests. I noticed a leak in the water heater, which the owner mentioned is typical. The apartment is fairly minimalistic, with only essential items like pots, some cutlery, and an old coffee machine. It might enhance the overall experience to consider adding a few more amenities for comfort and convenience like coffee filters, salt etc

“Earlier check in, parking space avaliable for guests only (not sure about availability is the same in high season, now there was no problem with it). Location of the apartment is very near the local beach. Everyday change of towels. A/C working great · Cons: Double bed should be one big bed or at least 2 beds with one single mattress. It is unacceptable for this kind of money to have 2 beds put together with the space within and beds moving all the time with something that is an excuse for the pillow instead of some normal ones. Location of the apartment's building is very close to nearby hotel so our view was directly overlooking the pool and a had a direct view to lot of rooms from that hotel (this can't be seen on the images advertised on booking) and since it was that close, I was waking up every morning from 07:30 with the sound of cleaning the hotel pool with very loud tools”

Double bed should be one big bed or at least 2 beds with one single mattress. It is unacceptable for this kind of money to have 2 beds put together with the space within and beds moving all the time with something that is an excuse for the pillow instead of some normal ones.
