Only one set of keys and you had to also use them for the key downstairs to the complex.

The apartment has security gates on both main and patio doors, to move around the complex keys are required which is absolutely fine to keep the complex secure. However, we were only provided with one set of keys so were unable to leave the apartment separately. We stayed for 10 nights and were not given any bedding to change and only 1 towel each, which we washed repeatedly. We didn’t receive a welcome email before arriving so had no idea there wasn’t a reception to check in at, had to wander round in the heat while trying to contact the apartment manager, who eventually sent a location map of where to find her, which was back up quite an incline! Once in the complex, route back is a lot less steep. The apartment would also benefit from providing an information folder for guests, detailing facilities on the complex, such as pool and pool bar opening times, recycling, as the store we found was locked and took the manager 3 days to respond to the message to ask where to put waste.

We didn't like lots of things. The facility is quite old. Even though they build in a new IKEA kitchen, you can feel the smell of an old and mold apartment. Bedroom is spacious but we didn't like the furniture and the overal feeling. The worst things are bed linen where you have to sleep. Very very dirty.... Don't open the IKEA sofa bed box, where you usually find bed linen and pillows, here you will find dead bugs and who know what (I have a picture that I'm not going to post). First they didn't even provide us with bad linen for the kids for the additional sofa bed in the living room, after a while they brought pillows and towels which we couldn't use, we had practically to wash everything in the washing machine to dry it and then to use it. Towels were in all gray dirty colours, not a single one was the same size or kind. Very unprofessional! Bathroom is another story, they tried to mask the smell with Chinese sticks, but nothing, horrible smell. Definitely not to recommend. Apartment is very close to a pub that has a very loud music all night long, sometimes interesting but most of the times annoying.

Pool belongs to a different apartman's garden, about 200 m far. Parking is very difficoult close to the apartman, but it's the same in most of the frequented cities, There's a bar next to the apartman with very good vibes but not recommended to sleep in the living room because it's very loud because of the noises from the street. Bedroom is much more sound isolated with a double glass window. No smoking is allowed even in the balcony.
