“Not what I would normally choose.”
The best

This was alternative accomodation at last minute as the one I had booked was CLOSED and I had an early flight next morning. I wouldn't have booked otherwise as the toilet facilities are shared. It was noisy with the window open but a fan was supplied. Comfortable enough .

To be improved

It was a nightmare to find the entrance!! Booking.com did not give the street number. I only got that when I received contact from the staff - after wandering around for half an hour in the heat !! I had to chat on WhatsApp, but the person in contact was very helpful trying to direct me.

I have stayed here before and you get what you pay for... it's a great location, very clean, friendly staff..

To be improved

The lift was working but had a fault and was very noisy effecting sleep with a very annoying grinding sound.. will not stay again unless a guarantee that the lift has been repaired..

“Great place but no air conditioning in room”

The shared bathroom were soo soo clean. They were cleaning it even nightime. The cleaning man even made us clean some water drops on the floor after our shower ....he knock at our door and made us wipe up the water drops in the bathroom! The place is really clean. Perfect location ever! Really quiet at night and has cameras in the hallway.

To be improved

NO AIR CONDITIONING. When I book it I tought there was the Air-conditioned but it is only in the hallway. So from June to September in alicante temperatures are really high, the room was a oven. So we had to keep the door open all the time to make the air conditioning coming inside from the hallway to our room if we did not want to die. Everyone was sleeping whit the door open. There are cameras in hallway so it seems pretty safe.

I've stayed here many times and it's my GO TO place in Alicante .. no frills but always clean and excellent location in the Old Town .. key code entry with clear instructions from the owner ..
