“Great location but extremely noisy.”

Hosts were communicative and accessible. Location was as advertised; within 2 blocks of La Concha, and 15 min walk into old town and centro.

To be improved

Not the hosts' fault, but very noisy. Apartment is a corner unit so it faces two streets, one of which faces a main street where partygoers walk, scream, and sing until 4AM. This may not be an issue during off-peak. Also, poor noise isolation within the unit where we can hear the neighbor's television, piano playing, and door slamming. Adjacent unit is also a vacation rental, and the drunk & confused guest rang the obnoxiously loud buzzer/doorbell at 3AM.
