“An enjoyable stay in a cozy Torreviejan apartment!”

The best

A very nice and spacious apartment with an excellent location; 4mins to the beach, cafés, restaurant, 2mins to the nearest supermarket and 10mins to the centre and bus station. The kitchen is nicely fitted and fully equipped. The bathroom also seem newly renovated. The building is very family friendly and quiet with no trouble. I was met by Silvia who was very kind and helpful throughout the stay and even came to assist on her day off, whilst unwell. Silvia and the team were also quick to respond to any queries or issues during the stay.

To be improved

All the 3 bedrooms have very outdated furniture, wardrobes and very old design in general. The beds were quite hard and slightly uncomfortable. The apartment would look much better if the rooms were to be renovated. It was also a little difficult sometimes to have a good night's sleep due to the street noise throughout the night. Having double or triple glazed windows would definitely help! The swimming pool is a feature I was unable to use as it was closed during my stay. Collecting keys for the apartment was a bit of a challenge on arrival, I had made sure to inform my exact arrival time and flight details several times prior to my trip, to avoid any issues, yet I was left waiting outside for more than half an hour due to no phone connection. In the end, I was also charged a fee of €20 for a supposedly late arrival, which I did not find fair :(
