“Excellent self catering apartment”

The apartments were really spacious and good quality for the price. The grounds and the pool area is huge with so many sunbeds and parasols. There are well maintained trees and plants throughout. The shop was not over priced (apart from sun cream) and the bistro/grill was great. I cannot express how surprised I was at how nice this place was for the price. We were a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids). The sofa bed is big and comfy and the large terrace meant we had plenty of room.

This is an edit to my original review, which was a 0-star experience. I feel the need to respond to the hotel’s reply, particularly the statement claiming that there were never 50 people using the pool. This is simply not true — we spoke via WhatsApp about this issue, and I have photos showing the pool well over capacity. Your initial explanation acknowledged that it was due to the summer season, so I find it disappointing that you're now denying this in your public response. As residents of Tenerife, we're well aware of how busy summer can get. However, your rules and standards should remain consistent year-round, regardless of the season. Regarding your comment about noise complaints: our concern was never general daytime noise. The issue was the type of behavior being allowed — guests spitting from balconies at midnight, running around shirtless, and shouting inappropriate comments at women from their balconies during the day. This is not just about noise; it's about safety, comfort, and the overall environment you foster at your hotel. Unfortunately, professionalism from staff was also lacking. When we raised our concerns, the tone of the response was dismissive and rude, rather than solution-focused or understanding. To be clear, we’re not easily bothered — we are a happy, respectful family who regularly travel and stay in different hotels almost every weekend. But when a hotel permits this kind of behavior, it creates an unwelcoming and unpleasant experience for guests who simply want to relax. We won’t be returning, and while we do wish you the best moving forward, we hope you take constructive feedback more seriously. As business owners ourselves, we know how important it is to respond to guest concerns with professionalism and honesty — something that, if handled differently, could have completely changed our impression. Thank you.

“Staff weren't incredible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The entire complex was clean and well maintained. The pool was gorgeous and there were plenty of facilities available. · Cons: The shower head in the bathroom was broken and sprayed water everywhere and the door to the shower didn't seal properly so water leaking out all over the floor. In the gym area the dumbells are chained to prevent theft however they were left tangled in a knot making it impossible to do movements with them”
