We loved our stay here.. 10 mins from the beach & lovely local restaurants. Nearby Buses & trams straight into valencia.

Modern, clean and good location for University. Quiet, residential area. Close to public transport. Ten minute walk to beach. 24 hour helpline was very good.

To be improved

Not easy to find to begin with. The address was 37, but the door had 3 on it so that was confusing. The door code was tricky to use, so needed to download App, but concerned in case phone battery ran out. Bathroom sliding door got stuck and stayed open, fine as I was on my own, but not if I had company.

It was really bad smell from the bathroom. And sink was leaking.
