Be careful when booking this hotel. They ruined my 40th birthday by relocating us to a building block away from the actual hotel when I had originally booked to stay at this hotel. The spa facility didn’t work either so was very dissatisfied and disappointed. This hotel is part of a chain and they have several random buildings away from this hotel which you could be placed in so be careful when booking as they don’t advertise the other less appealing apartments in their listing. The staff are really rude and unhelpful too I ended up checking out and getting a refund which booking.com helped with. Booking.com Custer service was 5 star and helped me get my refund quickly.

Great location, Kids entertainment fantastic, lovely breakfast, onsite Supermarket was very reasonably priced with good selection.
