It was extremely hot. We had to move all the mattresses from the 2 rooms to the living room cause there i where the only air conditioning machine is. The neighborhood doesn’t look safe and for sure not clean. The apartment itself was super dirty at our arrival

The best

Good location, close to City of Arts & Science, big markets and Valenbisi :) Its great if you didnt come only for the beach. Peter is a great host, he wont bother you at all and most important speaks English in case your Spanish is bad.

To be improved

Apartment could have one more AC, much needed, especially in August. Also, 5th floor without elevator is bit tough after the beach or night out, but we survived
