The best

Very good location just 50m from the beach and nice promenade. Plenty of free parking spaces about 200m from the apartment (one can unload the car at the house). Helpful owner. Grocery stores are not far away. Plenty of restaurants on promenade.

To be improved

No washing machine. It is fine for stays up to several days but soon there's no fresh clothes left. Smart TV only in the device in the bedroom. Steep stairs almost to the top floor.
