The best

Great location, spacious and cozy apartment. There is everything you need: kettle, iron, small AC unit, washing machine, etc.

To be improved

One small minus for a neighbour doing his clothes washing late at night :O It was an issue as his washing machine is located in a small patio that is divided in two between him and the apartment. The unfortunate thing is that door to that patio is from bedroom and as a consequence, you can hear all the washing cycles very well ;)
