“Awful customer service”

To be improved

We could barely contact support, we found cockroaches and nobody wanted to refund anything or help us at all. We tried contacting them many times but they ignored it. The only answer we got was that the city has high humidity.

“Good for a couple of days if you plan to be out most of the time”

Facilities still feel new and modern, good for a couple of days. Hosts responded quickly and allowed us a slightly more flexible check out time free of charge.

To be improved

It’s not clear from the pictures, but the property is a converted garage on the ground floor that opens directly onto the street. There are no transparent windows and therefore can be dark, with poor ventilation for drying towels after use. Worst of all, walls are very thin and the other side of the wall is a workshop where building noise can be made any time from 8am. Don’t expect much sympathy from the host - their response was ‘sorry but it’s not illegal’.

“Great stay in Valencia”

The best

Great location, close to metro and bus stop. Also the Mercadona supermarket is very close. Just a short walk to the beach or to the famous Oceanografic. Everything was new and very good looking.

To be improved

It was quite hard to ventilate the humidity from the bathroom.
