Maritim 2 by Concept Flats

We stayed from July 14 to 19 and, unfortunately, our experience did not meet the expectations set by the listing or the price. The apartment had several issues: - The air conditioner was noisy, especially at night, and disrupted our sleep. - Cleanliness was poor: the sofa was stained, the ceiling had coffee-like marks, and there were visible stains on the walls, curtains, (including the shower curtain, which was dirty) and greasy kitchen cabinets. - The bedsheets were not clean, and there was no proper set for the sofa bed. The only spare sheet we found was stained and unusable. - There seemed to be humidity and possible dust mites . I experienced a strong allergic reaction during the stay. - Water pressure in the shower was very weak. - There was no furniture or shelf in the bathroom to place personal items. - A lamp in the living room/kitchen was not working. We reported these issues, and while the staff offered to change sheets and clean again, these surface-level solutions did not address the overall lack of maintenance and hygiene. Given the price, we expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, this stay negatively impacted our vacation, and we cannot recommend the property in its current condition.

We booked this location right before the big floods from November that afected some parts of Valencia, lots of People died and travelling to the City was dificult. Since our holiday was scheduled 3 weeks after this incident and the city was filled with renovations and large prostests, we tried to cancel or to postpone our trip. They said their location is not affected so we can not have none of the money back, nor postpone our trip. Very disappointed by the lack of communication and flexibility.

The aircondition was noicy and the temperature of the room wasnt cool, even with the AC turned in for hours. There was not ha d soap and champú and shower gel were in little plastic bags, very unpractical to use.
