Maritime House Valencia Beach

My family and I stayed for a week in Maritime Beach house and it was an overall fantastic! The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the entire stay stress-free. One of the highlights was how well the house was equipped for families with young children. There were baby accessories available, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Although the rooms weren’t the most spacious, they were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Each room also had mosquito repellent, earplugs, and night masks, which was a really nice touch for ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep after a busy day. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach! The host provided umbrellas and beach toys, which kept our little ones entertained. We also loved the large terrace, which was perfect for enjoying during the quiet hours. It was especially convenient for the smoker in our group. Overall, this house was perfect for our family vacation. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the beach with great amenities for both kids and adults (p.s there are boardgames too :))!

This accommodation is a gem. Perfect for a family or small group. Big open area for hanging out, fully stocked kitchen, and private courtyard for evening dinners. The location is excellent - we walked to the beach for a swim every morning. And it is a 5 minute walk to one of the best local markets I have ever experienced. The host is attentive and available for any request. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

The house is beautifully renovated, mixing modern design with the historic features. Enric is a fantastic host, and he made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. He was also very helpful and provided suggestions for what to do, and where to eat in Valencia. The property is clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, and the wardrobes are large enough to fit anything you might bring along. The windows are not insulated, so there is some noise coming from outside, even if they are closed. However, Enric provided us with disposable earplugs, so the noise was not an issue. Every room is equipped with air conditioning units, the bathrooms have all the necessary toiletries (even sunscreen), and there is plenty of coffee and tea in the kitchen for the entire stay. The mosquitoes can be quite a nuisance, but there are mosquito repellent devices in each bedroom. The neighbourhood is quiet and the beach is 10 minutes away by foot. There are plenty of bus stops, restaurants, and small grocery stores nearby.

Everything was perfect. I have 1 comment 😊 the bed in the master bedroom can be a little bit bigger and more comfortable for a aduld big man and partner. Further than that a 10+

Great location, beautifully done up property, very thoughtful amenities provided. We have rented many holiday properties, & in this one, the host has put considerable thought into what residents will need. Lovely patio area, and we enjoyed our stay. Enric was very responsive.

The apartment is in a wonderful location close to the beach, newly renovated it's on a quiet street and has a beautiful outdoor area to relax in the evenings. There is strong air conditioning in the house and very fast wifi. There are two desks for coworking and a spacious kitchen for making food. It's a short walk to the Cabanyal market for fresh food and there are dozens of amazing restaurants near by to eat at any time.
