- Appartement is located direct next to the pool - nice and good established bar next to the pool with friendly staff - public transportation is good available in all directions - friendly and helpful communication with the landlord

To be improved

- refurbishment is needed - little space to store clothes - the cabinet is full with other stuff

Maspalomas Lago is excellent if you prefer a quiet location.

To be improved

I have used many of the bungalows on this complex however this one, whilst clean, is in need of complete refurbishment - the bathroom especially. Also very little storage space for clothes. Kitchen utensils / cutlery etc, are good however.
