“Very disappointing - apartment and host”

The best

Nice shower with good water pressure and fast heating system! Best part of our stay. It also had an hair iron. Another good point was the AC, given the time of the year, with temperatures over 30° and especially warm nights. It is outside the city center so it’s good that it is outside the ZBE and you can park your car without much trouble, and take the bus that will only take you 20 minutes to the main attractions.

The whole studio is lacking on the details. When you look at first, it seems all good but then you realize that the bed did not have a mattress or pillow protectors, the duvet cover was on the outside (and there was no duvet, just the cover…). Then the worst part was the kitchen, we had to wash all the cutlery because it was sticky and stained. There were no kitchen towels and we had to use toilet paper to clean the countertop. There are no reachable eletrical sockets near the bed - we had to leave one phone charging in the kitchen and another one by the entrance. To top it all off, there was no Wi-Fi during our whole stay. As we got to the studio, we got in contact with the hosts and let them know about the situation, and they told us it would be solved the next day - it wasn’t. We kept trying to contact them but they stopped responding all together. So yes, the apartment was disappointing and the host even more. Terrible experience, do not recommend.

“The people that managed the apartment appeared to don’t care at all about our stay”

When we arrived, we noticed that the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, so we asked the apartment managers to fix the issue since we were staying for 6 days, and both my friend and I were working remotely, and our mobile internet wasn’t enough. We called them every day, but they didn’t resolve the problem, not even on the last day. It was very frustrating
