We reported a problem with Wifi twice. The furniture in the entire apartment is old. There is no ironing board and the iron needs cleaning. The awning on the balcony does not work. We only received one key, but we should have received two. The answers to each complaint were the same: "I apologize for the inconvenience, we will forward the message" The apartment was not clean when we entered it. There were no reviews because the apartment was new in their offer. New in the offer but with the old furniture. They asked for a €100 deposit so that nothing would be damaged, and everything was worn out.
