The best

Huge terrace, but the sun only shines there in the afternoon. Quiet. Very close to the beach..

.The worst thing is that unfortunately nothing was given in the instructions except the house number. However, there is no house number written, only that it is Aparthotel Alta. We spent half an hour looking for the house..Unfortunately, the owner did not leave any instructions on how to open the patio door and start the stove. A floor lamp is missing in the living room. I asked to open the sofa, but unfortunately he/she didn't. The duvet cover is much shorter than the duvet. There is no sugar.

“This place is good, we can recommend it”

The best

The rooms are big. The terrace is very good. The sofa is not very comfortable to sleep, and double bed is two beds in 1, so we ask to stick them together because during the sleep it was a whole between them. Very close to the ocean. We loved this place.

To be improved

There was couple of things like bed sheets and WiFi, but the owner was always in touch with us and trying to help

“Not bad, but it could have been better”

The best

Very good location, practically in the center of Puerto de la Cruz. Facilities: washing machine, private bathroom, comfortable beds, separate bedroom. Nice staff

To be improved

-very hard to find parking -apartment was not quite clean -dirty dishes and hand towel -very uncomfortable sofa in the living room -rusty bathtub at the drain (you can not take a bath) -destroyed cabinets in the kitchen

“Short trip to Puerto de la Cruz”

The best

We loved the area, so conveniently located close to beach and right opposite the mall. Friendly staff, apartment spacious, wonderful terrace. Apartment was equipped with everything that you need even if you wanted to stay longer, coffee machine, smoothie maker, toaster, washing machine, etc. We will try to come back.

To be improved

The only downside was a malfunctioning fire alarm in the hallway ringing through the entire night one night when there was no one at reception and no one could be reached to disable it. No sleep for anyone that night
