Place is totaly ground level, renovated shop with shop windows with no insulation at all. You can hear street brooming and people caughing, speaking. Hardly to sleep at night.

Negatives: The apartment is on the ground floor right next to a bar, and the noise was unbearable. Every night we dealt with loud shouting and laughing making it impossible to sleep. One night even escalated to a fight, with the police being called—it was genuinely frightening, and we didn’t feel safe at all. The bedroom’s setup offered no privacy or noise protection. The only barrier between us and the street was a curtain and a no soundproofed glass door. For fresh air, we had to open the balcony door in the kitchen, which left us on full display to everyone outside. It felt incredibly exposed and uncomfortable. The noise wasn’t limited to the street, either. Inside the building, we could hear every person entering or exiting, with doors slamming and footsteps echoing loudly in the hallways. Even the upstairs neighbors using their toilet and shower could be clearly heard, making it impossible to relax or get a decent night’s rest.
