“Nice 3 night stay close to the sea”
The best

Clean Airco Outdoor space to dry clothes Retro computer games Art on the walls Close to harbor Close to beach - 15 minute walk Taxi was arranged for us to leave on the last day. Early entrance before noon was arranged.

To be improved

Construction works ongoing but didn't bother us much, except the elevator for 1 stairs is out of commission.

The initial description included a lift but after paying and arriving at the property there was no lift and we had to negotiate 22 steps to the apartment . The owner had ample time to advise us that the lift was not operating. We are an elderly couple and every booking we have previously made through Booking.com a lift was a prerequisite. The owner should have advised us through B. Com of the change.

Perfect location 👌 Very kind hosts. Soledad, Raquel and Alex are all three very nice, kind and helpfull. Me, my wife and my 4 years old had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at Martin's Place! Very clean and big appartment! Best pillows we have ever slept on. Kindly recommend! 🙂
